大型铝电解槽摇篮架的优化设计

摘    要:本文建立了大型铝电解槽摇篮架的力学模型.文中采用解析法进行强度和刚度分析,运用复合形法搜索最优化设计方案,研制了相应的计算机程序——HG005.在DPS8计算机上对例题进行了计算,计算结果表明,优化后摇篮架用钢量可以减少约40%.

Abstract:A simple mechanical model for the cradle used in a large- size aluminum reduction cell is described. The strengtifand stiffness of the cradle are studied with the analytic method. The complex method is used to search for an optimal design scheme and a program (HG005) is developed. Calculation results on computer DPS8 show that the steel weight of the cradle can be reduced by nearly 40%.
