摘    要:设计了一套动力学模拟装置,研究了有机高分子絮凝剂CG-A与无机高分子凝剂PAC配合去除油田含油废水中超微细颗粒(〈5μm),该装置由旋流混合器、流态化沉淀塔、沙滤池组成,处理能力为200L/h,当单独投加PAC时,出水的微细颗粒数为68000个/L,滤膜系数为13~16,而PAC与CG-A配合使用时,出水的微细颗粒数为11000个/L,滤膜系数为40~60,显示CG-A和流化床沉淀塔具有良好的去除

Abstract:In this research, polyaluminium chloride(PAC) and natural organic flocculant CG-A were applied tOremove superfine particulates (less than 5 μm) from oil field wastewater in a dynamic simulating device which consisted of spiral-flow mixer, fluidized sedimentation tower and sand filter. The device could dispose 200 liters of wastewater per hour and the mechanisms of flocculation were studied. When PAC and CG-A were used synergistically, the number of total particulates of final effluent was 11000 per liter, membrane factor (MF) value was 40~60, however, in a similar way except that CG-A was omitted, the twOvalues of disposed wastewater were 68000 and 13~16 respectively. The experiment results showed that CG-A and fluidized sedimentation tower were very efficient in removing superfine particulates from water.
