基于FLUENT的TIG焊三维熔池热场与流场的数值模拟

摘    要:用FLUENT软件对TIG焊三维熔池进了数值模拟,考虑熔池金属流体的湍流、相变潜热、材料热物理性能参数随温度变化等问题。结果表明,FLUENT可以很方便地对TIG焊接过程进行数值模拟,给出的可视化图形结果可以直观地显示熔池内部热场与流场的分布状况。对研究和指导焊接过程具有积极的意义。

Abstract:We use FLUENT to conduct numerical simulation upon TIG welding pools.In the model,many factors are considered including liquid metal turbulence,latent heat of phase transformation,material thermo physical properties are the function of temperature.The calculated results show that the welding model can be developed easily by FLUENT and its graphics results can display the fluid flow and temperature distribution in welding pools clearly.It will help to guide and study about welding process.
