摘    要:有效的管理必有有效的激励.但人们在管理实践中经常会发现,企业本以为可以有效调动员工积极性的激励措施却不见效果.究其原因,主要是因为激励措施缺乏针对性所致.激励是一柄双刃剑:既可以是很好的工具,也可能伤及自身.增强激励措施的针对性,是进行有效激励的关键.

Abstract:American outstanding entrepreneur, Lee Iacocca, said, "Administration of enterprise is none other than to motivate staffs enthusiasm." It is a matter of fact that fruitful administration is certainly accompanied with effective motivation. But some measures which intend to inspire the staff members do not always work. It's mainly because individuals are not considered respectively. Motivation is a double - edged sword: either an effective tool or a harmful one. High pertinence is essential to effective motivation.
