摘    要:主管道自动焊焊接过程的变形控制对主管道焊缝应力的消除、后续焊口的组对能否满足要求、主设备位置的调整都起着直接的影响。因此,主管道冷热段、过渡段在初始组对时,都必须考虑后续焊口的组对,并且,焊接过程中必须严格监控变形,如果变形过大,必须通过适当的方法进行调整,确保后续焊口能够满足组对要求。

Abstract:The primary coolant pipes automatic welding process deformation control technology research on the primary coolant pipes weld stress elimination,subsequent welding seam group could meet the requirements,main equipment position adjustment of a direct influence.Therefore,the primary coolant pipes hot section,transition section in the initial set time,must consider whether the subsequent welding group,and,during the process of welding deformation deformation must be strictly monitored,if too much,must go through the proper method to undertake adjustment,ensuring welding can meet the requirements for assembly.
