Q690高强钢在模块车的应用

摘    要:为有效降低模块车车体高度,拟使用高强钢Q690,根据Q690的主要成分和力学性能,借鉴Q345和Q460的焊接工艺,试验出Q690高强钢实际可行的焊接工艺,在焊接试验部件上进行夏比缺口冲击试验,试验结果显示焊接达到力学性能要求。虽然在成本验算中实际成本比使用Q345有所增加,但能大幅度降低总体高度,达到客户的要求,同时也为Q690高强钢在其他行业的使用提供借鉴。

Abstract:In order to reduce the height of the module vehicle body, intending to use high strength steel Q690, welding process Q345 an d Q460 Q690 main composition and mechanical properties, learn, test out the practical Q690 high strength steel welding process, the wel ding test components summer than the notch impact test, the test results show welding to achieve the requirements of the mechanical pr operties. Cost checking the actual cost than using Q345 increase, but it can dramatically reduce the overall height to meet customer req uirements, and also provide reference for use in other industries for Q690 high strength steel.
