冲天炉炉渣高速分析法

摘    要:炉渣中主要成份是氧化钙、二氧化硅、亚铁、氧化锰、三氧化二铝和少量氧化镁、五氧化二磷等。由于冲天炉所用耐火材料及铸造工艺的不同,所形成的炉渣成份各有差异。 本文设计实验了冲天炉炉渣高速分析法。经过两年多时间,近百次测试所得数据证实,本方法是成功的,获得了满意的分析结果并用于生产实际。此方法的特点是:分析程序简便,容易掌握、高速(15~20分钟)。

Abstract:The main components in slag are calcium oxide, silicon dioxide,ferrous iron, manganese oxide, aluminium sesquioxide and a micro-amount of magnesium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide, and so on. Components of the slag formed vary with refractory materials used in the cupola and casting techniques. Since 1983 value project has been used to design and test High-speed Analytical cethod for cupola slag. Over more than two years, the data obtained in nearly one hundred times of tests show that this method is successful, has got satisfactory analytical results and has been used in production process. The characteristics of this method are : simple in analytical procedure, easy to learn and high in speed (15-20 minutes) .
