| 摘 要： | 侦查思维是侦查破案最重要的主观能源,其哲学特征在于它是必然性与偶然性、逻辑性与直觉性、循规性与求异性、久思性与突发性这四个方面的统一。侦查人员应在认识和把握这些哲学特征的基础上,有目的、有计划地培养、总结、提高侦查思维,为提高侦查效率、打击犯罪服务。
