| 摘 要： | 目前我国基本养老保险处于省级及以下统筹格局,这一格局导致我国社会经济发展中出现劳动力难于合理流动、养老保险基金使用效率低下、财政负担加重和容易酿成社会风险等各种突出问题。为了克服这些问题,我国基本养老保险必须实行全国统筹。

| Abstract: | This reality that the basic pension insurance is at the provincial level and of a co-ordination pattern at lower levels in China leads to the socio-economic development of various outstanding issues such as difficult rational flow of labor,inefficient use of pension funds,financial burden,and easy to lead to social risks,etc.To tackle these issues,it is necessary for China to adopt nationwide coordination in China's basic pension insurance. |
