| 摘 要： | 业务外包已经成为现代饭店管理经营的重要一面,而鲜有学者使用资产专用性理论来解释饭店业务外包行为。针对这种研究角度的缺失,在实证调查基础上探讨饭店业务外包的影响因素,结果显示影响我国饭店业务外包的主要因素是其资产专用性。

| Abstract: | Outsourcing has become an important aspect of modern hotel business management,but it lacks of using the asset-specific theory to explain the behavior of hotels' outsourcing.In view of the absence of this point of view,this paper tries to discuss the impact of asset specificity on outsourcing on the basis of empirical investigation.The results show that the main influential factor for the outsourcing of hotels in China is its asset specificity. |
