| 摘 要： | 在传统的以战争作为掠夺财富和奴役他国人民的手段日渐遭到人类抛弃的过程中,以知识产权为核心的现代国际贸易制度慢慢成为已获竞争优势的发达国家在全球获得财富的手段。知识经济背景下,在知识产权制度的作用下,技术进步没有带来人类的共同进步,反而日益加大了富国与穷国之间的差距,造成全球财富分配的极度不公;同时也给人类带来了诸如气候变化、环境污染等不利影响。为应对这种变化,我们必须加强知识产权教育,提高我国未来国家建设者知识产权创造、管理、保护和运用能力,为获得国家竞争优势创造条件,进而维护人类的公正利益。
