| 摘 要： | 民主是当代文明的核心价值理念,也是人作为人所具有的、不可剥夺的基本权利;中国儒家传统的人性论与当代民主价值诉求之间存在着天然的矛盾。将民主宪政思想强加于儒家学说之中,并以此来实现儒家人性论的所谓现代化,这种为捍卫儒家而捍卫儒家的做法反而遮蔽了儒家人性论的本真精神,消解了儒家人性论的本质规定。扬弃传统的儒家人性论,这是中国民主政治建设的逻辑起点。
