| 摘 要： | 当前我国经济发展不存在消费需求不足的问题,但我国出口占全球出口比重即将见顶,未来出口扩张空间将日益缩小,我国经济发展模式亟待从外需拉动为主向内需拉动为主转化。从国际经验看,实现经济增长需求模式转换的关键在于提升国内消费需求。扩大国内消费需求、增强消费需求快速增长的可持续性,需要从增加居民收入、缩小收入差距和改善消费环境三方面着手。
