少数民族大学生学业倦怠与文化适应关系研究

摘    要:学业倦怠包含了情感衰竭、讥诮和个人成就感低落,对个体的学业发展、能力提高和人格完善有影响,也与文化适应态度的倾向性有关。从整体上看,少数民族大学生的学业倦怠水平偏高,而四种文化适应模式也起到不同程度的作用。大学教育在改善少数民族大学生的学业倦怠状况时,应充分考虑这一因素,积极倡导合理的文化适应模式,并进行融合意识的培养和双文化认同态度的提高。
