| 摘 要： | 使用管式捻股机捻制钢丝绳的股绳,其转速低、噪音大、设备占地面积大等缺陷,国外金属制品先进企业已开始使用双捻机捻制钢丝绳的股绳,使用双捻机捻钢丝绳的股绳、关键是要控制好放线张力,设计关键过线轮的轮槽形状及尺寸,确定合适的过捻比。 |

| Abstract: | If using tubular Laying Machine to produce strand,it has many defects such low speed,high noise and taking up too much area of ground,etc.Foreign wire manufacturers have begun to use double laying machine to produce strand of wire rope,if using double laying machine to produce strand of wire rope,the most important operation is to adjust pay-off tension,to design roller's shape and dimension and determine its suitable proportion. |
