城市过剩通勤与职住平衡模型

摘    要:从过剩通勤入手探讨通勤交通与职住平衡的关系,进而提出了基于理论最小通勤的最优增长分布模型.以绵阳市为例,量化评估了职住平衡程度与通勤交通效率,在对比国内外城市后发现绵阳职住平衡与通勤效率较好.利用最优增长分布模型计算得到,在新增劳动力(岗位)增加77 500个(占总劳动力(总岗位)的14%)的情况下可以达到最优职住平衡状态.根据计算结果提出了未来绵阳新增劳动力和岗位的分布建议.

Abstract:The relationship between commuting transportation and jobs-housing balance was discussed through excess commuting framework firstly, and then a theoretical optimal growth and spatial distribution model was puts forward. It taken MianYang city as example, Jobs-housing balance and commuting efficiency were quantitative evaluated, the results were better than other city. Finally the best situation of job-housing balance reached when increasing 77500 jobs/workers (14% of total jobs/workers), and future jobs-housing balancing policy suggestion has been proposed base on this model.
