| 摘 要： | 有所抬头的有偿新闻已严重损坏了新闻媒体的公信力.本文旨在讨论有偿新闻的形成,表现手法,严重危害等问题,指出有偿新闻实质就是新闻腐败,并提出在当前新闻法相当滞后的环境下,运用自律和他律相结合,将法治和心治(道德约束)相结合来防范有偿新闻.

| Abstract: | The paid news damags the public credit standing of media seriously in China. This paper aimes to discuss the origin, the way of presentation and the wicked influence of the paid news, and so on. It points out that paid news equals news corruption and suggests that measures be taken to restrict and prevent the paid news by combining self-control with supervision and uniting the rule of law and the rule of morality in the condition that press law is less developed. |
