| 摘 要： | 以葛根素含量为指标,利用L8(27)正交试验法考察加水量,煎煮时间,煎煮次数对提取效果的影响。以挥发油体积为指标,考察挥发油的最佳提取工艺,优选头痛灵胶囊最佳制备工艺。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为:加水10倍量,煎煮提取2次,每次1.5小时。挥发油提取工艺为:川芎,白芷,细辛,藁本,石菖蒲五味粉碎成粗粉,加水12倍量,水蒸气蒸馏5小时为佳。

On the orthognal method in the extraction process of toutongling capsule |

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Tou Tong Ling Capsule. Method: The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design and in puerarin the content index Result: The factors of influencing water parte were, The amount of water added, Duration of decoction, Times of decoction. The optimum extraction condition obtained was: decocting the drug for 2 times, 1.5h at every turn, after adding 10 fold of water. The optimum extraction condition of volatile oil was: chuanxiong, baizhi, xixin, gaoben, ddding 10 fold water, for 5 hours. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and high efficient. |
