变频洗衣机系统中电磁干扰模型仿真与分析

摘    要:在变频洗衣机中,通过变频模块产生的PWM信号,在控制直流无刷电机中,会产生严重的电磁噪声,将影响电磁兼容测试中的指标.因为变频洗衣机的调制频率一般在7k-18kHz之间。这样具有一定频率和一定能量的信号,会在空间形成高频干扰信号,也会对电网形成电磁干扰,并将影响电磁兼容测试中的电压传导和功率辐射两项指标。这是目前一个急需解决的问题,本文采用理论分析和仿真试验得出了一种抑制干扰的可行性方法,解决了电磁兼容中的EMS问题。

Abstract:In washing machine system, the electromagnetism noise produced by PWM amplifier signal from the inverter module in control system of DC motor with non-brush effects the levels of electromagnetism compatibility. Because of modulating frequency of inverter washing machine being 7k~18kHz, the signal based on these frequencies and energy can cause interfere signal with high frequencies, and then can form electromagnetism interference signal to electrical net. In addition, the interference signal can effects the level of voltage conduction and power radiation. It is essential that the electromagnetism noise should be solved at the present time. The paper adopts theoretical analyses and simulationexperiments to find an effective method of both restraining noise and improving signal-to-noise. This method can solve EMS problems of Electromagnetic Compatibility.
