环境因子对松茸菌丝生长的影响

摘    要:根据松茸半人工栽培菌剂生产的需要,模拟自然生态状况研究了实验室条件下温度、葡萄糖、腐殖酸、吲哚乙酸及松叶浸提液对松茸菌丝生长速率及生长势的影响,初步确定了纯培养条件下松茸菌丝生长的最佳条件.

Abstract:According to the demands for the semi - manual cultivation of Tricholcrma matsutake. The natural ecological conditions were modeled and the laws on mycelia growing were researched under the conditions of different temperature, glucose, humic acid, heteroauxin and extraction of pine needle in the lab. The optimum conditions of mycelia growing was preliminarily ascertained under absolute cultivtion.
