核心型供应链中制造商对零售商的激励研究

摘    要:在委托代理理论的基础上,从供应链核心企业的角度出发,针对在供应链中核心企业与零售商难以信息共享的问题,建立了核心企业对零售商信息共享努力水平的最优激励模型。研究结果表明通过设立一定的激励强度,可以使零售商采取最优的信息共享努力水平,从而使制造商和零售商都达到自身利益的最大化,实现双赢。

Abstract:On the basis of principal-agent theory and from the perspective of core enterprises in the supply chains,this paper focuses on the problem caused by incomplete information between core enterprises and retailers.A optimal incentive model is presented to research the incentive from core enterprises to their retailers on sharing information.The conclusion shows that with certain incentive intensity,core enterprises can make retailers take the best action in sharing information,which leads to the maximal benefi...
