摘    要:为了研究聚丙烯超细粉体对水泥砂浆和混凝土的改性作用,通过实验研究了聚丙烯超细粉体水泥砂浆和混凝土物理力学性能,并将其性能与硅灰、聚丙烯纤维砂浆和混凝土进行比较,最后采用微观技术分析不同外掺料的改性机理。研究表明,聚丙烯超细粉体较好地综合了有机聚合物材料与无机矿物超细粉体的部分优良特性,可以明显改善水泥基体的微观结构,提高水泥基体的致密性;能增加混凝土的轴压强度、抗折强度、劈拉强度和韧性,但对混凝土的和易性有不利影响。

Abstract:To study the modification effect of polypropylene superfine powder on mortar and concrete, the effects of the different admixtures as silica fume, polypropylene fiber and polypropylene superfine powder on the mechanical properties of mortar and concrete were studied comparatively through experiments. Then the modification mechanisms of different admixtures were analyzed with microscopic technical. The results show that polypropylene superfine powder has the merits of the polymer material and the active mineral joined material, and that it can improve the microstructure of cement matrix significantly, and increase the compactness of it. The addition of polypropylene superfine powder can reinforce the axial compression strength, the fexural strength, the splitting tensile strength and the toughness of the concrete, but it has an unfavorable influence on the workability of the concrete.
