砂轮磨损量及钝化程度的在线监测系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种以液压法为基础,结合差压技术和误差分离技术来对砂轮的工作表面进行在线检测的系统。该系统利用误差分离技术和差压技术克服了传统液压法的缺点。设计了监测系统中的喷嘴,并发现对置安装传感器有利于提高系统的测量精度。为证明该系统的合理性,对其进行了仿真验证。

Abstract:Introduce a kind system of on-line measuring the working surface of grinding wheel, which combines the technology of differential pressure and the error separation technique based on hydraulic pressure method. The system overcomes the drawback of the traditional hydraulic method by the error separation technique and the differential pressure technology. Design the nozzle in the monitoring system, and found that facing mounting the two sensors is conducive to improving the measuring accuracy of the system. The system is simulated for proving its rationality.
