企业生产要素创新评价研究

从生产要素的内涵入手,界定了企业生产要素创新的概念和内容;在分析生产要素与生产经营成果关系的基础上,提出了最薄弱生产要素、生产要素资源值等概念,并勾勒出企业生产要素创新评价的基本思路;通过设计生产要素优势值、生产要素创新成果等若干基本指标,对企业发展创新能力评价的定量方法提出了自己的观点。

Research On the Evaluation of Enterprises Factors of Production Innovation

The paper starts from the analysis of connotation of the word "factors of production",and to define the concept and content of factors of production innovation.Being based on the analysis of the relationship of factors of production and operating results,it gives the concept of weakest factor of production and factors of production resources value,and portrays the basic idea of the evaluation of enterprises' factors of production innovation.It also designs some basic index such as "dominant factors of production value" and "result of factors of production innovation",and put forward the views of quantitative analysis on the evaluation of the ability of development and innovation for enterprises.
