IFA诊断巴尔通体感染

目的：了解间接免疫荧光抗体测定法(IFA)的技术路线及其在巴尔通体(Bartonella)诊断中的应用。方法：查阅相关文献，认识IFA的敏感性及特异性、交叉反应。结果：IFA对巴尔通体感染的诊断尤其是在属的水平上的敏感性及特异性均较高。结论：IFA通过抗原抗体的特异性反应而对感染病原作出诊断，尽管有部分交叉反应存在，IFA仍以其高度的敏感性及特异性，以及操作简便而成为诊断巴尔通体感染最实用的方法。

Diagnosing Bartonella Infection by Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay

Objective:Learning the procedure of Immunofluorescence assay (IFA)and its application in the diagnosis of Bartonella Infection.Methods:Getting information about the sensitivity and specificity of IFA and the cross-reaction by reading literatures.Results:IFA is sensitive and specific for diagnosis of Bartonella Infection,especially on the level of genus.Conclusions:IFA can be used to diagnose Bartonella Infection by its specific reaction of antigen-antibody.Although there are some cross-reactions,IFA is a practical method to diagnose Bartonella Infection for its high sensitivity and specificity,the simplicity and easiness.
