摘    要:本文提出了建立具有分布参数性质的沸腾炉空气埋管的数学模型的一种有效方法, 即积分加权平均、低阶集中参数法(简称积分平均法),并把这种算法与利用高阶(49 阶)集中参数模型所得的结果作了对比,两者重合良好.在此基础上,给出了空气埋管。 动态特性的实际算例.并由此得到了两个在控制系统设计中有价值的结论。

Abstract:An effective method for establishing mathematical model for the immersed air tube in the fluidized bed with distributed parameters is presented in this paper. Considering the monotonous distribution of the main parameters along the tube during steady state and transients, we can transfer the partial differential equations describing the system into ordinary ones through integration, which greatly reduces the calculation time. In comparison with high order (n= 49) math. model for such air tube, the simplified lumped parameter model can give rather satisfactory results. Two useful conclusions for control system design of gas and steam combined cycle with immersed air tube in fluidized bed are obtained.
