| 摘 要： | 在中国近百年的社会转型中,大学已由引领者的角色渐次落后为追逐者,其原因主要有:大学的行政化倾向、政府权力的异化、大学之间的非理性竞争和内部的寻租型文化等。中国大学要实现与社会相匹配的或超前性的快速转型,需以制度创新为前提,以知识与技术创新为动力,以解决社会发展的关键问题为己任,以培养大批的创业者为目的。

| Abstract: | During the last hundred years of progress of the Chinese social transformation,Chinese university has gradually fallen behind and its role has changed from the guide to the pursuer.The reason mainly lies in the following aspects: the administrative tendency of university;the alienation of the government funding,the irrational competition between the universities and the rent-seeking culture etc.To realize the rapid transition which adapts or advance the society,it is necessary for Chinese university to take system innovation as the premise,to take the innovation of knowledge and technique as the motive force,to take the solution of social development problem as its task and to take the culture of large number of entrepreneurs as the object. |
