功能梯度材料MFRP锚杆的有限元分析

摘    要:本文基于FRP包附筋思想,对一种新型的复合功能梯度MFRP锚杆在锚固条件下的受力情况进行了有限元分析。结果表明,功能梯度材料层的引入能够有效降低MFRP锚杆头附近不同截面的正应力,同时改善剪应力的分布,从而使锚杆获得更优的工作状态。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the idea of metal fiber reinforced plastic material, a new type of functionally graded FRP (metal fiber reinforced plastic) anchor was proposed and its stress state was analyzed by FEM. The results indicated that the introduction of the functionally graded layer could not only degrade the normal stress on various sections beneath the anchor head, but also smooth the profile of the shearing stress on the sections. In a word, the load capacity of the FRP anchor can be improved by the functionally graded layer
