高素质应用型人才培养模式研究与探索

人才培养模式创新既是高等教育研究的重大理论和实践课题，也是高等教育发展的综合性改革项目。要按照由理论依据、教育目标、运行实施、实现条件和教学评价等几个构成要素来创新人才培养模式。文章从分析应用型人才培养的概念出发，从内涵认识、模式依据、实施过程、管理运行、基本特点、实践效果等方面探讨了应用型人才培养的具体模式。

Research and Exploration on the Mode of High Quality Applied Talents Training

For the higher education research, talent training -, practical problem and also the comprehensive reform project. To innovate the talent training mode, we must follow these factors： theoretical basis, educational objectives, operation and implementation, operational conditions, teaching evaluation and so on. This paper first analyzes the concept of the applled talents training and then discusses the applied talents training mode from the aspects of connotation, mode basis, implementation process, management and operation, characteristics, and practical effects.
