试论高校二元权力的和谐运作

学术权力和行政权力是大学统一整体的有机组成部分,二者相辅相成,共同服务于学校的整体目标.由于种种原因,我国大学内部二元权力的运作仍然存在失衡的现象.本文试从解读二元权力的关系入手,用多学科视野审视和探索二元权力运作的问题,并借鉴国外经验,结合我国高校的现状,提出二元权力和谐运作的若干思路.

On the Harmonious Operation of Binary Authorities of Colleges and Universities

Academic authority and administrative authority, which complement each other for the integral goal of a school, are the organic ingredient of a united university. For a variety of reasons, the unbalance of binary authorities in colleges and universities of our country still exists. By means of understanding and explaining the relationship of binary authorities, this article intends to survey and explore the problem arising from the operation of binary authorities from the interdisciplinary view and puts forward several trains of thoughts on the harmonious operation of binary authorities through drawing experience from foreign countries and in combination with the current situation of universities of our country.
