优化洗毛加工提高洗净毛质量

讨论洗净毛质量对后道加工及产品质量的影响．以最低成本、最小污染程度获得洁净而松散的洗净毛是洗毛加工优化的目标．对于国产原毛而言，洗毛机械的改进方案为；①加强开毛浸润作用提高土杂去除率；②长短糟结合提高洗涤效率节约用水；③采用加酶洗毛提高洗净毛白度；④多种机械作用并重提高洗净毛松散度；⑤配各相应污水处理设备实现低排放不排放洗毛。

Wool Scouring Processing with Emphasis on Scoured Wool Qualities

The significant influence of scouted wool quality on the consequent operations and products was discussed. Wool scouring processing aims at the clean and loose scoured wool at the lowest cost and the minimum pollution. For Chinese raw wool, the optimum scouring processing and machineries must solve the following problems at the sametime: (1) intensifying the open and immersion functions in order to raise the removal of dirt from raw wool; (2) combining short and long scouring bowls as to increase scouring efficiency and save scouring water: (3) utilizing enzyme scouring to improve the whiteness of scoured wool; (4) using simultaneously various effects of scouring machines to achieve the maximum wool cleaness; (5) installing the effluent treatment equipment to realize lower discharge or no-discharge.
