基于插装阀的单面多轴钻孔机床液压系统研究

摘    要:插装阀的密封性好,利于在粘度较低的介质中使用,用其设计液压系统,符合流体技术趋向于采用纯水工作介质的发展方向,并可降低机床液压系统的液阻,减少能耗、提高效率和工作可靠性及液压元件的"三化"程度,易于集成安装、便于使用和维护.因此,提出了用插装阀设计机床液压系统的设计思想,为机床液压系统的设计打开一条新的设计道路.用插装阀设计了卧式单面多轴钻孔机床液压系统,分析了工作原理.在设计实现较大快进速度、执行元件较多、系统较复杂的大功率机型的液压系统时,可优先考虑选用插装阀;在设计中、小机型时,可考虑采用由插装阀和普通液压阀组成的混合系统.

Abstract:Cartridge valve has the advantage of good closure and is suitable for medium with low viscosity. The application of cartridge valve in hydraulic system conforms to the trend of pure water as medium in fluid technology. It can be applied to reduce fluid resistance of the hydraulic system and power consumption and improve efficiency, reliability, serialization, and is easy to use and maintain. As a result, the author proposes a design with application of cartridge value in hydraulic system. The article is intended to analyze working principles of cartridge value applied in horizontal single-side multi- spindle hydraulic system. Cartridge valve can be applied for high power hydraulic systems with multi-components and complex system with high heading speed. In addition, it may also be applied in compound system with combination of cartridge valves and common hydraulic valves.
