我国宏观调控政策力度保持稳定情景下的经济发展前景

2009年实现全年经济增长8％的目标是没有问题的。在国内财政支出力度稳定情况下，即使美欧日经济继续轻度衰退，2010年经济增速也能够达到8％。如果美欧日经济增速企稳回升，2010年我国经济增速能够达到9％或10％，全年物价涨幅可控制在3％以内，但2010年四季度会出现物价涨幅介于3％～5％的轻度通货膨胀现象。2010年我国出口能否恢复较快增长面临诸多挑战，仍需根据美欧日经济发展动态和我国出口增长状况，及时适度调整我国财政支出的力度与结构。
