| 摘 要： | 以"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观为指导,分析了煤炭企业安全文化建设状况,研究了企业安全文化建设中的成功经验,并指出,在对安全文化问题的认识要进一步深化,要突出"以人为本"的价值观,弘扬和倡导安全文化要更加符合时代的要求,并与优秀传统文化互相融合,与企业实际相结合,勇于创新,建设有中国特色的企业安全文化.

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the important thought of "Three Represents" andscientific developing view,the author analyzed the state of establishing miningenterprises' safety culture,made researched on some successful experience in establishing enterprises' safety culture.The author also points out that we should know more about the problem of safety culture,stress the value of "Man First", enhance that safety culture should be in accordance with the requirements of the current age and be merged with the excellent traditional culture,and we should consider enterprises' present situation to establish the Chinese characteristics enterprises safety culture. |
