大掺量矿渣粉混凝土抗冻性能的研究

摘    要:研究了用50%和70%(质量分数)矿渣粉替代硅酸盐水泥对混凝土抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:大掺量矿渣粉混凝土能经受175~200次冻融循环。矿渣粉掺量为50%时,其抗冻性能甚至优于硅酸盐水泥混凝土。在掺量加大为70%但不掺外加剂的情况下,矿渣粉的掺入对混凝土的抗冻性也无明显的劣化作用。另外,掺用0.5%的FDN减水剂,对大掺量矿渣粉混凝土的抗冻性具有较好的改善作用,可以配制满足大部分南方建筑工程抗冻要求的混凝土。

Abstract:The influences of blast furnace slag powder (BFSP) substituting for Portland cement substituted in a high proportion (50% and 70%) on the frost resistance of concrete were studied. The results show that the BFSP concrete can still resist 175~200 freezing-thawing cycles. When the content of BFSP is 50 %, the frost resistance of BFSP concrete is even better than Portland cement concrete, and there is a less deterioration in frost resistance when the content of BFSP is up to 70% without admixtures. In addition, high volume BFSP concrete can completely meet most engineering requirement in South China if 0.5% FDN water reducer is added.
