摘    要:设备维修策略优化的目的是提高设备的可靠性、降低维修费用,目前已受到广泛关注。考虑到设备的劣化可用马尔可夫过程描述,提出了基于马尔可夫过程的压缩机组维修决策方法。并以综合费用为目标函数,定量分析了设备在不同劣化状态、采用不同维修措施的期望综合费用,从而得到了设备的最优维修策略,为设备的维修决策提供了有力的科学依据。

Abstract:The maintenance strategy optimization is aiming at improving the machine reliability and reducing maintenance costs and has attracted considerable attention during the past years. According to the degradation process of the equipment, this paper presents a maintenance strategy model of compressor based on Markov process. With the objective of minimizing comprehensive cost, this method quantitatively analyses the synthesis costs of compressor with different maintenance measures under different states. Through the iterative operation of the proposed method, the maintenance strategy is optimized and provides a forceful scientific evidence for maintenance decision.
