Y2O3:Eu3+红色荧光粉的制备及其发光性质研究

摘    要:采用固相法、溶胶凝胶法、共沉淀法和水热法4种实验方法,分别制得Y2O3:Eu3+红色荧光粉,并对所制得的样品进行了XRD、SEM以及荧光光谱等表征.结果表明:所制得的Y2O3:Eu3+样品均为纯的立方晶相;都能够被256 nm的紫外光激发,在612 nm处发出强烈的红色荧光,对应于Eu3+ 的5D0→7F2电偶极跃迁,当检测波长为612 nm时,4种实验方法制得的荧光粉体均在256 nm附近出现较明显的激发峰,该处的激发峰对应于从O2-的2p轨道到Eu3+的4f轨道的电荷转移跃迁.且3种湿化学方法(溶胶凝胶法、共沉淀法和水热法)的发光强度强于固相法.

Abstract:Y2O3:Eu3+ red phosphors were synthesized by four methods(solid-state,sol-gel,co-precipitation and hydrothermal) respectively.Structure,morphology and photoluminescence properties(PL) of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fluorescence spectrophotometer,respectively.Results showed that the phase of samples were pure.They all could be effectively excited by the near-UV irradiation(256 nm) and emit red light at 612 nm due to the forced electric dipole 5D0 → 7F2 transitions on Eu3+.When monitoring the emission at 612 nm,the excitation spectrum of Y2O3:Eu3+ exhibits a wide band in the UV region centered at around 256 nm,which are ascribed to ligand-to-Eu3+ charge transfer transitions.And the fluorescence intensity of Y2O3:Eu3+ red phosphors synthesized by three wet chemical methods(sol-gel,co-precipitation and hydrothermal) were stronger than solid-state method.
