客车车架各行驶工况性能研究

摘    要:将客车在静止和行驶状态下的力学工况分为四种工况。应用ANSYS软件对各工况进行了计算,得出了车架的应力分布和位移变化,全面掌握了车架的结构强度及刚度薄弱部位。得出对客车车架影响最大的行驶状态。得出车架应力分布比重,用以判定车架材料的利用率,为车架优化改进设计提供重要理论数据。

Abstract:Static analysis of bus frame were based on four kinds of working conditions Which were Distinguished by static and driving conditions.Throughing buit a three dimenional geometric model ,generated a finite element model. loaded pressure , Inertia force, Centrifugal force,Ansys finite element analysis software was used to implement the calculation of static strength of the 7140 bus frame. Got stress and displacement distributions.got Structural strength,Fond stiffness of the weak positions .Thus obtaining driving condition which were affected seriously on bus frame .stress distribution proportion are useful on confirming the utilization of the material.The results of the analysis provided theoretical basis for the design improvement .
