| 摘 要： | 校园文化建设是实施素质教育不可或缺的重要组成部分。新制二级学院在校园文化的建设过程中面临种种困难，校园像是城市中的孤岛，为了让孤岛不孤，应开拓新路，积极有效的开展校园文化建设，力争创造具有二级学院特色的校园文化。

| Abstract: | The campus cultural construction is an indispensable portion in quality education. The second-class college is confronted with various difficulties, our college is just like a urban isolated island, in order to make the island more prospers, we should exploit a new way, and carry out the cultural construction in the campus positively and efficiently so as to create a characteristic campus culture. |
