| 摘 要： | 《周易哲学演讲录》不仅是反映牟宗三后期易学思想的代表作，而且也是他通过周易哲学进而阐释整个儒家哲学的重要论著。本文从“纵贯而下的生命进路”、“尊乾法坤的道德实践”、“方向理性与技术理性的协调—‘圆而神’与‘方以智’的和合”、“融贯中西的尝试—对康德道德哲学观念的摄化”等四个方面对牟宗三阐释儒家哲学的有关思想作了梳理，并进而予以初步的评析。

| Abstract: | Mou zongsan＇s Lecture of zhouyi philosophy theory is a magnum opus, which incarnates his upper theory about Zhouyi. In this book, he expound the Confucian from the view of zhouyi. This article summarizes and analyzes significance of his representative work in these 4 aspects, which are the evaluation of life, moral practice of Qiankun, harmony of moral reason and technologic reason, the attempt of melting orient and occident. |
