| 摘 要： | 我国当前准公共产品供给的问题表现在总量不足，结构不合理，效率低下，服务质量低劣等四个方面。原因是我国的准公共产品存在行政垄断和自然垄断双重垄断以及现有的定价机制难以形成有效地激励和约束作用。因此我国现行准公共产品供给应以提高其竞争为目标，从打破行政垄断，科学定价，多元竞争等方面进行改革。

| Abstract: | Shortage of gross, illogical structure, inefficiency and bad service quality are four main problems arisen in supplyof granted public used product in China, which result from administrative monopolization and natural monopolization, togetherwith current price system. Thus, supply of granted public used product in China should be reformed in various levels. |
