摘    要:探讨了图书馆知识管理的内涵以及知识管理模式与知识挖掘所应用的技术、方法和步骤,阐述了知识管理与知识挖掘和参考咨询服务的体系结构。指出在参考咨询工作中应加大数字文献的生产和研究力度;加深对数据挖掘工具软件的研究,将知识管理与知识挖掘技术应用于图书馆参考咨询服务工作中,从而提高知识服务水平与质量。

Abstract:The paper probes into the connotations of the knowledge management in library and the techniques,methods and procedures applied in the knowledge management and knowledge mining,expounds the the systematic structure of the knowledge management,knowledge mining and reference and consulting service,and points out that the production and research of digital bibliography should be enforced in the work of reference and consulting service,the research on the software tools for the data mining should be strengthened,and the knowledge management and knowledge mining techniques should be applied into library's reference and consulting service for the purpose of increasing the level and quality of the knowledge service.
