| 摘 要： | 科技资产评估是当前科技体制改革中亟需解决的重要问题之一，但是科技资产评估涉及因素复杂，给评估工作带来诸多困难。提出科技资产评估的不确定因素，对于知识产权的资产价值评估有着重要的参考意义。
