高校教职工生活方式比较研究

目的 研究高校教职工生活方式的情况,为其健康生活提供指导.方法 采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,对宝鸡文理学院803名教职工进行调查.结果 男女教职工在生活细节和特殊爱好方面差异具有非常高度显著性（P＜0.001）,在体育锻炼方面差异具有高度显著性（P＜0.01）;各年龄组在特殊爱好和主观感受方面各组之间差异具有非常高度显著性（P＜0.001）,在体育锻炼方面各组之间差异具有高度显著性（P＜0.01）;各岗位在生活细节方面差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）,在特殊爱好方面差异具有非常高度显著性（P＜0.001）,在体育锻炼和主观感受方面差异具有高度显著性（P＜0.01）.结论 女教职工在生活细节和特殊爱好方面得分均高于男教职工,男教职工在体育锻炼方面得分要高于女教职工;20～29岁在特殊爱好方面得分要高于30～49岁,30～49岁要高于50～59岁,50～59岁在体育锻炼方面的得分要高于其它年龄组,30～39岁主观感受得分最低;普通教师在生活细节方面的得分要高于工人,普通教师在特殊爱好方面的得分高于其它3个岗位,体育教师在体育锻炼和主观感受方面的得分高于普通教师和行政人员.

Comparative study on lifestyle of university staff

Objective--To research into the lifestyle of university staff for providing them with the guidance of healthy life. Methods--Questionnaire and statistics are adopted to survey 833 staff of Baoji University of Arts ＆ Sciences. Results--The life details, special hobbies and physical exercises between men and women and the special hobbies and subjective feelings among age groups show sig- nificance at P 〈0.10, while life details among different posts indicate significance at P 〈0.05, their special hobbies, physical exercises and subjective feelings, however, show significance at P〈0.10. Conclusion--Although the scores of the life details and hobbies of female staff are higher than those of male staff, the scores of the physical exercises of male staff are still higher than those of female staff; the scores of special hobbies of the staff in their twenties are higher than those in their thirties, which is better than those in their fifties. The scores of physical exercises of the staff aged 50～59 years are higher than any other group, while the scores of subjective feeling of staff at 30～39 are lower than any other group. The scores of life details of general teachers are higher than those of workers, the scores of special hobbies of general teachers are the highest in the four posts, and the scores of physi- cal exercises and subjective feelings are higher than those of general teachers and administrators.
