摘    要:目的 建立牛头刨床工作原理的平面六杆机构模型,在此基础上对六杆机构在工作过程中关键点的位移、速度、加速度、角速度、角加速度进行理论分析计算,建立滑块运动的数学模型.方法 利用ADAMS软件对牛头刨床六杆机构进行仿真分析.结果 通过仿真结果,可以清楚直观地了解六杆机构在工作过程中各组成部分的运动特性曲线.结论 仿真和计算为设计人员对牛头刨床的设计和改进提供一定的参考.

Abstract:Objective--To establish the six-bar planar mechanism model with the working principle of the shaper and the mathematical model of the slider movement on the basis of theoretical analysis and calculation of the displacement, velocity, acceleration, angular velocity and angular acceleration of the key points of six-bar mechanism in the working process. Methods-ADAMS software was used to simulate and analyze the six-bar mechanism of the shaper. Results-The movement characteristic curve of each component of six-bar linkage in the working process can be intuitively understood through the simulation results. Conclusion--The calculation and simulation provide designers with certain reference to the design and improvement of the shaper.
