| 摘 要： | 市民社会是黑格尔，马克思学说的重要范畴，黑格尔的市民社会学说有其优缺点，为马克思对市民社会的研究奠定了理论基础，马克思在对黑格尔市民社会批判改造中走上了通往唯物史观的道路，完成了从唯心主义向唯物主主我，从民主主义向共产主义的两个根本性转变。

| Abstract: | Civil Society is a prominent concept in the theory of Hegelism and Marxism.Hegel's Civil Society Theory has its advantages,as well as its disadvantages,but it is a theory base for Marx to study the Civil Society.The critism and reform of Marx for Hegel's Civil Society is the road towards the materialistic conception of history.Marx accomplished two fundmental transformations:one is from spiritualism to materialism,the other is from nationalism to communism. |
