| Abstract: | This paper probes into the problem of the protection of the rights and interests of the workers in restructuring of state-owned enterprise's secondary businesses, which includes protecting workers'lawful rights and interests through normalizing the labour relationship, accurately calculating and timely issuing the economic compensation, safeguarding the interests of the of shareholding employees, and rationally arranging the early retiring workers and occupational injury workers, etc. |
