| 摘 要： | 双重劳动关系是市场经济体制下的产物。现行劳动法律法规在调整双重劳动关系方面存在一些不足之处。亟待完善。法律应当对双重劳动关系的成立条件、工作时间、社会保险等作出明确规定，为相关纠纷的处理提供法律依据，切实保障兼职劳动者的权益。

| Abstract: | The dual labor relation is the product of the market economy system. The present laws and regulations of labor have deficien- cies in adjusting dual labor relation and need perfection. Laws should stipulate the condition of establishment of dual labor relation, working time, social security, etc. and provide the legal groundings for handling relevant disputes so that they can guarantee the rights of labors holding a concurrent post. |
