流化床电解槽电解合成苯胺的研究

摘    要:研究了在含硫酸的有机水溶液中电化学还原硝基苯的反应,以及阴极材料、助溶剂、酸度等条件对反应的影响,讨论了反应的可逆性.设计了一个简单、实用的流化床电解槽,研究了槽电压、酸度等对电化学还原硝基苯制备苯胺的产率的影响.试验结果表明,在选定的条件下,反应产率可达60%.

Abstract:This paper studies the electroreduction of nitrobenzene in aqueous or-ganic solution containing sulphuric acid.The effects of cathode material,cosol-vent and acid concentration are studied.Reversibility of the reaction is discussed.A simple,efficient fluidized-bed cell is designed to study the effects of cell vol-tage and acid concentration on the yield of aniline by electroreduction of nitro-benzene.The results show that the yield of aniline comes up to 60% in chosencondition.
