P,P′-二氨基苯哌嗪的合成

摘    要:本文讨论了芳纶第三单体P,P'-二氨基苯哌嗪的合成,并对其中间体P,P'-二硝基苯哌嗪的合成作了系统的研究.本工作的主要特点是合成中间体P,P'-二硝基苯哌嗪时加入氢化钙,使产率达82.3%,大大超过文献产率(57.9%),并对反应过程作了相应的讨论.

Abstract:The synthesis of the third comonomer of Kevlar 1414, p,p'-diaminophenylpiperazine was discussed and the synthesis of its intermediate, p,p'-dinitrophenylpiperazine was studied systematically. The characteristic of synthesizing p,p'-dinitrophenylpiperazine is the addition of calcium hydride, raising the productivity up to 82.3%, far higher than that reported in the previous papers (57.9%). The process of the synthetic reaction was also discussed in the present paper.
